Magnetic Disc Wheel Valve Cover – 3D Printed Road Bike

Oosta3D has designed and printed magnetic valve caps for a wide range of disc wheels currently available on the market. The lineup continues to grow as new caps are developed and added to this listing. Please ensure that the valve cutout on your wheel matches the measurements listed below for your specific model. If dimensions differ by ±1mm, please send a message and a custom-fit cap can be designed to accommodate those adjustments. Each cap is made to order — please allow a few days for printing and quality assurance.

These magnetic caps are designed to sit on the valve cutout, not inside it. No modifications to your wheel are required, ensuring your wheel's warranty remains intact. If your wheel is not listed or you need something custom, please reach out with your wheel details and a photo of the cutout. When selecting your disc, MY stands for Model Year.

Double-sided cutouts will include a pair of caps that sandwich the cutout. Single-sided cutouts will include a single cap, which requires a magnet to be glued into the cutout bed. For an example of how single-sided caps function, see the video in the listing images.

Compatibility Notes

2024–2026 Zipp Super-9 Tubeless (Hookless rim) ***
Zipp provides a flexible TPU 3D printed cover that locks into place, but it can be prone to bending and creasing over time. Oosta3D has developed a higher-quality aftermarket alternative for this wheel.

2019–2023 Zipp Super-9 Tubeless (hooked rim, double-sided cutout) ***

Note on Roval 321 Disc Compatibility

After extensive testing and customer feedback, Oosta3D has discontinued support for the Roval 321 Disc (rim and disc brake versions). Quality control on these wheels varies too much from unit to unit — even across the same model and year — making consistent fitment unpredictable. To avoid shipping a product that may not fit, support for this disc has been discontinued. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Custom Orders

If your wheel's dimensions differ from those listed, a custom cap can be designed to fit. Please provide the three measurements — cutout shape length, width, and wheel cutout depth — either as a note at checkout or via a message before purchasing.

Orders placed without dimensions will be fulfilled based on the standard measurements listed above.

*** Disc wheel denotes a single-sided valve cutout wheel. Only one valve cap is required; the second magnet (included) must be glued to the inside of the wheel.
