Built from Experience. Engineered to Perform.

Oosta3D was born from more than a decade of hands-on experience with additive manufacturing.

I started 3D printing around 2010–2011, right when desktop 3D printing was still in its early, unreliable days. Like many early adopters, I spent years dealing with the limitations of early machines — constant tinkering, failed prints, and inconsistent results. That long learning curve shaped how I approach manufacturing today: reliability and functional performance come first.

The Turning Point

The turning point came with the Bambu Lab P1P. For the first time, I had a printer that was consistent enough to produce real, problem-solving parts instead of just prototypes. One of the first products that found real demand was a magnetic valve cover for time-trial disc wheels — replacing temporary stickers with a secure, reusable magnetic cap that could be installed or removed in seconds.

That success reinforced a clear direction: focus on functional, high-quality components that solve specific problems. To move faster and more accurately, I invested in professional 3D scanners. Being able to reverse-engineer existing parts down to millimeter-level accuracy dramatically shortened development time and opened the door to reproducing discontinued or hard-to-source components.

How We Work

Today, Oosta3D operates a fleet of high-temperature Bambu Lab printers capable of processing advanced engineering materials, including carbon-fiber reinforced nylons, ASA, polycarbonate, and other high-performance filaments. Combined with precise 3D scanning, this allows us to take a physical part, create an accurate digital model, optimize it, and produce a functional replacement — often better than the original.

Beyond Cycling

While our roots are in cycling components, the same process applies across industries. We are expanding into automotive, marine, and other engineering applications, and we are actively developing partnerships that enable metal 3D printing — aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium — when a project requires it.

Looking ahead, we are also preparing to expand operations toward Eurasian markets while continuing to serve customers with the same focus that started it all: reliable scanning, thoughtful design, and parts that actually perform.

Work With Us

Whether you need a single replacement part, a small production run, or help reverse-engineering something that no longer exists, Oosta3D is built to deliver practical, high-quality results.
