1. Tell Us About Your Project
Share the details of what you need. Send photos of the part (multiple angles help), describe its size, material requirements, intended use, and any deadlines.
We’ll review everything and provide a clear quote and timeline — usually within 1-3 business days.

2. Send or Drop Off Your Part

• Local: Drop off at our location (address provided after booking).
• Shipping: Mail your part to us. We provide prepaid return shipping labels when possible and handle everything with care. Your original part is fully insured during the process.

3. Professional 3D Scanning
Using our high-accuracy metrology scanners (primarily Revopoint MetroY Ultra), we capture detailed 3D data of your object.

• Small or intricate parts use our turntable setup with the Revopoint Mini 2.
• Larger or complex items get multiple high-resolution scans.
  We clean and optimize the mesh data into a production-ready 3D model.

4. CAD Modification & Optimization (If Needed)
We can modify the model for better printability — strengthening weak areas, adding features, or reducing weight.
Complex CAD work is handled in-house or with trusted specialists.

5. 3D Printing & Finishing
We print your part using the best material for your needs (ASA, PET CF, PAHT CF, PC, etc.). Post-processing for all crystalline materials will include annealing for no extra charge.

For metal parts: If your application requires metal, we can send the optimized 3D model to trusted manufacturing partners for CNC machining or metal 3D printing (aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, etc.). We manage the entire process and deliver the final part to you.

6. Delivery

• Your original part is returned safely.
• You receive the 3D printed part(s) + digital files (STL, STEP, etc.).
• Fast turnaround: most projects completed in 3–10 business days.
