Our Services
At Oosta3D, we provide end-to-end 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and additive manufacturing services. From capturing existing parts to delivering optimized, functional components, we help you reverse engineer, repair, upgrade, or create new parts with precision and speed.
1. 3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering
We use professional-grade 3D scanners to capture accurate digital models of physical objects — even complex, worn, or large parts.
Equipment:
- Revopoint MetroY Ultra — Primary scanners for high-detail, full-size objects.
- Revopoint Mini 2 — Used for smaller items requiring high detail
What we deliver:
- High-accuracy 3D meshes ready for CAD or direct printing.
- Reverse engineering of discontinued or custom parts.
- Scan-to-CAD workflows for modifications and improvements.
Ideal for: Replacement parts, fitment checks, design inspiration, and documentation.
2. CAD Modeling & Design Optimization
We take your scanned data or concepts and turn them into production-ready 3D models.
Capabilities:
- Model cleanup, repair, and modification.
- Design optimization for 3D printing (lightweighting, infill patterns, strength improvements).
- Custom adaptations and feature additions.
- Complex designs outsourced to trusted specialists when needed.
Outcome: Files ready for printing or further manufacturing.
3. 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing
We produce functional parts using a fleet of Bambu Lab printers optimized for engineering materials.
Printers:
- Bambu Lab H2D and X2D (high-temperature, dual-nozzle capability)
- Bambu Lab P1S (reliable high-volume production)
Materials (see full Materials Guide):
- Standard: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA
- Flexible: TPU 95a, TPU 90a, TPU 85a, PEBA 95a
- Advanced Composites: PET CF, PAHT CF, PA6-CF, PPA CF, PPS CF
- High-Performance: PC, PC-FR
What we print:
- Custom replacement parts
- Prototypes and low-volume production
- Functional components (brackets, mounts, adapters, enclosures)
- Lightweight structural parts
4. Metal 3D Printing (Outsourced)
For applications requiring metal strength, we partner with trusted manufacturers to produce parts in aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and other metals using industrial metal 3D printing.
5. Post-Processing & Finishing
- Sanding, smoothing, and surface finishing
- Annealing for improved strength
- Assembly and hardware integration
