Push your heel outward for a more stable pedal stroke
These 3D printed heel wedges sit at the heel to angle it outward, helping your foot sit flatter and more stable over the pedal. A small outward heel correction can keep your knee tracking over the pedal instead of collapsing inward, one of the most common fixes made during a bike fit.
Use them when the heel collapses inward, the knee tracks inside the pedal, or a bike fit calls for a small outward heel correction. Stack wedges or run a single wedge per shoe, depending on how much correction you need.
What they do
- Push the heel outward for better foot stability on the pedal
- Help the foot sit flatter and more secure in the shoe
- Make fit adjustments without changing the cleat or shoe

Fit notes
Heel wedges are a fit tool, not a cure-all. If you’re unsure which side or how much correction you need, send a photo of your current shoe or cleat setup, or ask your fitter.
