If they are slightly different, +-1mm, please send me a DM and I can work to custom design a cap for your wheel with those adjustments. Each are made per order, so please allow a few days for printing and quality assurance. These magnetic caps are designed to sit on the valve cutout, not in the valve cutout. You should not need to make any modifications to your wheel as this will void any warranty the wheel may have. Should you need something custom or you do not see your wheel as an option, please reach out and let me know what wheel you have and a photo of the cutout. The cap they provide can be prone to bending too much and having creases as a result. The quality control on these wheels—despite being the same models and similar\/same years, vary too much from unit to unit. Some fit perfectly, others don’t, and it's not predictable. Because of the time and resources wasted dealing with these inconsistencies, I’ve chosen to stop making caps for this specific disc. If you're running a Roval 321, I recommend verifying compatibility with your own solution.
