Replicating that as a printed part introduces unnecessary variables I wasn't willing to accept. More practically, it means you don't need to replace your existing stem spacers — your OEM stack stays as-is. The adapter sits as the final spacer in the stack, directly interfacing with the integrated cockpit or stem.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn Stack Height: \u003cbr\u003eThese adapters have been designed to minimize added stack height as much as possible. The limiting factor isn't material thickness or design — it's hydraulic hose routing. Different frames and cockpits exit their hydraulic lines in different locations, and the adapter needs enough internal clearance for the hose to travel without a sharp bend.\u003cbr\u003eA good reference point: ENVE's own V5Rs top cap runs approximately 15mm of stack height even with a fully slammed position for exactly this reason. Most of these adapters come in at around 10mm, and most OEM top caps are around 5-10mm in stack.
